This is a very flexible colourway for our classic Penny Hill waistcoat design, and can be worn in a multitude of ways. The pale blue fine, velvety, needle cord fabric has no bulk to it so is very flattering to wear. The waistcoat is lined with a cream 100% silk twill giving an especially luxurious feel when wearing. The buttons are all matt silver with the central button in a contrasting design for an added design feature. The contrasting binding is a cotton fine stripe fabric of cream and blue. This is a delight to wear.
