We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible - however we are not liable if delivery cannot be made within the estimated times. Please note goods ordered on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend may take a little longer. If you are not in when the courier delivers your parcel, a card will be put through your door explaining what action is to be taken. Delivery charges may change, but will always be shown at time of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with any garment purchased from Lanky Bird we
will replace or refund an item, provided it is returned to us unused and in its
original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns received outside this
time frame are accepted at the discretion of Lanky Bird.
Please note: we do not
currently offer a free returns service. We can only exchange an item for the
same item in a different size, subject to availability. Exchanged items will be
dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality
Lanky Bird will not accept returns for faulty items that have
been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been
received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments
thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing
of any original packaging.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
How to return or exchange an item
Please read with care our policy for exchanging and refunding goods, then you may send the garment/s in their original packaging to the return address as stated on the website. Remember your receipt or certificate of posting is your proof if your parcel goes astray - so keep it somewhere safe until you have been refunded.
Receiving a refund
All refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of
cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned garments will be credited
to the original purchaser's credit card, excluding shipping charges. As
previously stated, we will not be responsible for international customs duties
and sales taxes for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
